Ingredjenti:

    • 1 Basla
    • 1 Karrotta
    • 1 Karfus
    • 1 Mgħarfa xaħam
    • 1 mgħarfa curry
    • Melħ u bżar
    • 50ml passata tat-tadam
    • 300ml Stokk tal-ħaxix
    • 250g kirxa imqatta’ imsajjra

Metodu ta’ Preparazzjoni:

    1. Aqta’ il-basal, karrotti u il-karfus. Saħħan ix-xaħam ġo borma (fuq nar moderat) u sajjar il-ħaxix għal 5 minuti.
    2. Żid il-curry, melħ u il-bżar, u sajjar sakemm jibda ifuħ.
    3. Żid il-passata flimkien mas-stokk. Ħawwad sew.
    4. Fl-aħħar, itfa il-kirxa u ħalli it-taħlita tgħalli. Imbagħad baxxi in-nar u ħallieh itektek għal 15 il-minuta.
    5. Servi sħun.
