Start by preparing the flour and herb mixture by adding cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to the flour.
Then, cut the pork and Maltese sausage into cubes, coat them in the flour and herb mixture and lace them in a pan with some oil on medium heat. In the meantime, dice the vegetables into small pieces.
Reserve the cooked meat separately in a large pot, put the cut vegetables in the pan and leave them to cook for a bit.
Then pour the stock and white wine into the pan and leave it to cook on low heat.
Put the pot on medium heat and stir the meat mixture. Then put some more of the flour and herb mixture to coat the meat evenly and continue stirring.
Finally, pour the remaining contents from the pan into the pot, mix some tomato paste/kunserva with the stew and let it simmer.
